Shipping Information

At Pretty n’ PINK, we aim to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping Notes

  • Tracking may be limited once packages leave the United States
  • We are not responsible for lost or seized packages due to customs issues

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Pretty n’ PINK purchase. If you’re not, we offer a simple return policy:

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included whenever possible
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items specifically marked as “Final Sale”
  • Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Process

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and go to ‘My Orders’. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and click ‘Request Return’. Alternatively, you can email our customer service team at returns@prettynpink.com.

Complete Return Form

Fill out the return form indicating which item(s) you’re returning and your reason for the return. This helps us improve our products and service.

Print Shipping Label

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print this label and securely attach it to your package.

Package Your Return

Carefully pack your item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include all tags, accessories, and any free gifts that came with the order.

Drop Off Your Package

Take your package to any authorized shipping drop-off location. We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt until your return is processed.

Track Return Status

You can track the status of your return through your account on our website. You’ll also receive email updates as your return is processed.

Refund Confirmation

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

Return Shipping Fees

A flat return shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee is waived if the return is due to our error (damaged item, wrong item sent, etc.).

What if my package is damaged during shipping?

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact our customer service team at support@prettynpink.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer exchanges?
