Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If we are experiencing high volume, this may be extended to 3 business days. We’ll notify you if there are any delays.

International Shipping
We ship to most international destinations. International orders typically take 7-14 business days to arrive after being shipped. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, and charges may apply when shipping internationally. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
Free Shipping Offer
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. This offer applies to standard shipping only and not to expedited or international shipping options. To qualify, the order subtotal before taxes and any discounts must exceed $50.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.
Shipping Restrictions
There may be certain areas where we are unable to ship due to restrictions or limitations. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a solution.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We recommend taking photos of damaged packages or products to expedite the resolution process.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after an order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once a package has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
